Single video, credit pack or monthly plan: which should you choose?
Understand free registration, 25-credit video generations, one-time payments, monthly renewals and what happens when a job fails.
A free account is not a free video
Creating an account costs nothing and does not start a subscription. It gives you a place to use purchased credits and manage billing. Video generation is paid. You can also make a single video as a guest without creating an account.
Each credit-based video generation uses 25 credits. A 100-credit balance therefore covers four generations at the current rate. The same 15-second, 720p vertical format with AI-generated audio is used across these purchase options; a larger credit balance is not a higher-resolution output setting.
One video: guest checkout
Guest checkout is useful when you only want to make one clip. Choose a template, upload your photo and use Pay and create. The button shows the current price before Stripe checkout. There is no monthly renewal for this single-video purchase.
Keep the private result link after payment. Bookmark it and download the finished MP4. Do not share the private link as if it were a public gallery URL. If you intend to make several videos, compare the credit options before buying individual clips.
Several videos: a one-time credit pack
A credit pack adds a fixed balance to your signed-in account without a recurring charge. The available packs contain 100, 300 or 1,000 credits, equivalent to 4, 12 or 40 video generations at 25 credits each.
Sign in before purchasing so the credits are attached to the account you will use. After checkout, return to the generator and check your balance. Uploading or previewing a photo does not itself spend 25 credits; starting a generation does.
Regular use: a monthly plan
Monthly plans add credits each billing month and renew until cancelled. Current tiers provide 100, 300 or 1,000 credits per month. Unused credits carry over. Choose this option only if recurring billing fits how you plan to use the service.
Manage or cancel the subscription from your account's billing area. Cancellation stops future renewal; it is not a request to refund completed work. Check the confirmation and next billing date when managing a plan.
Where to check the exact dollar amount
The pricing page shows the current pack and monthly prices, and the guest payment button shows the current single-video price. Use those live amounts rather than a screenshot or an older article. The final checkout shows the amount payable and any applicable taxes before you confirm.
Stripe checkout may display Hittheroad, the merchant name used for this site. Your product, selected plan and amount should still match your intended purchase. If they do not, stop before paying and contact support.
What if generation fails?
A failed credit generation restores the consumed credits automatically. A failed guest generation can be retried from the result page. For refund requests, follow the refund policy and include the order reference so support can find the payment.
AI output varies, including expressions, markings, scene details and sound. Review the examples and photo tips before paying; a successful generation does not promise an exact copy of the sample or a specific commercial soundtrack.
