The best pet photo for an AI singing video
A simple photo checklist for dogs and cats, plus fixes for cropped faces, dark fur, busy backgrounds and upload problems.
Start with a recognizable face
The photo is the generator's reference for your pet. Choose an image in which you can clearly see the eyes, nose, ears and outline of the face. A front-facing or gently turned head usually gives more useful detail than a full side profile.
You do not need a studio portrait. A clear phone photo in soft daylight is a practical starting point. No photo can guarantee perfect identity preservation: AI may change fur patterns, body shape or accessories while animating the scene.
A five-point checklist before uploading
- One pet: use one dog or cat as the obvious subject. Avoid group photos and collages.
- Visible face: keep the eyes, nose and ears in frame. Remove a toy or blanket that covers the muzzle.
- Room around the head: include the chest and some space above the ears. A tight crop gives the model less context for a seated pose.
- Even light: look for visible fur detail. For black pets, avoid a dark room or bright window behind the animal. For pale fur, avoid washed-out highlights.
- Natural detail: use the original photo rather than a screenshot with text, stickers, strong beauty filters or a large watermark.
Does my pet need to be in a car?
No. The template creates the seat, seatbelt, highway view and sunglasses. A normal picture on a sofa or in your garden is enough. Photograph your pet comfortably; you do not need to stage the scene shown in the examples.
A simple background helps make the subject clear, but you do not need to remove it manually. If the picture contains several distractions, crop around the animal while leaving the ears and chest visible.
Can I use a cat photo?
Yes, the site includes cat examples as well as dogs. Browse the templates to see the intended look. Other animals may work, but results are less predictable; the examples do not establish equal performance for every species.
Choose a template for its scene and mood. The example pet is a reference for the style, and your uploaded photo supplies your own pet's appearance. Select the template before uploading because changing templates clears the selected photo.
If the file will not upload
The uploader accepts JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC files up to 10MB. Check the actual file type and size. If a HEIC export does not work on your device, export a fresh JPG from your photo app and try again. Do not simply rename the extension.
Wait until the photo preview appears before continuing. If your network drops, reload and select the photo again before paying. An upload problem and a video-generation failure are different stages; check whether an order or generation already exists before trying a new purchase.
If the result does not look like your pet
Compare the source with the result. Was the original face too small, very dark, heavily cropped or partly hidden? A clearer source may help a future attempt, but a new generation is a new paid request and can still vary. A completed result with an unwanted expression is not the same as a technical failure.
