Before you choose a plan

Sign up with your name, email and password, then sign in to purchase a plan. Registration is free; no free generation credits are included. After buying credits, return to Create video.

A 100-credit balance covers 4 videos; 300 covers 12; 1,000 covers 40. Credits are deducted when you start a generation and restored automatically if it fails.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; unused credits remain available.

A failed guest video can be retried from its result page. For refund requests, contact support with your order details. See the refund policy for eligibility; cancelling a plan does not automatically refund a previous payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe through the shared Hittheroad merchant account. Checkout may show Hittheroad. Review the amount, currency and billing interval before paying.
