What we collect

The photos you upload and the videos made from them.

If you create an account: your name and email address. If you pay without an account, the payment provider gives us the email you enter at checkout.

Payment status and amount. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never reach our servers.

Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the site.

How we use your photos

Your photos are used only to make the video you asked for. They are sent to the AI video provider that runs the model and stored in our cloud storage so you can download the result.

We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own models. Generation is processed through Yir using the Grok video model; provider processing is also subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Your upload and video links allow access to the files. Keep them and your private result link confidential. We do not automatically publish your uploads in the public examples gallery.

How long we keep data

Uploaded photos and generated videos are retained so you can return to your result. Automatic deletion after a fixed number of days is not currently configured. Contact support with your account email or order reference to request deletion; do not post private result links publicly.

Account details are kept while needed to provide your account and resolve support requests. Payment, tax, dispute and security records may need to be retained after an account or media deletion request. We explain any retention exception when responding to your request.

Why we process data

We process account, photo and order data to provide the service you request. Security and abuse-prevention records help protect the service; payment records also support applicable accounting and legal obligations.

Optional website analytics and attribution use your consent. Refusing or withdrawing that consent does not prevent registration, payment or video generation, and does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting and media storage. Stripe processes payments through the shared Hittheroad merchant account. Yir routes the photos and generation instructions to the configured AI video model. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive optional analytics only after consent.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your request.

Optional analytics and cookies

With your cookie consent, we use Google Analytics to measure public-page visits and steps such as template selection and successful photo upload. We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings to understand where the public website is confusing. These services may process device, interaction and cookie data on their infrastructure.

Analytics are not loaded until you accept optional cookies. Account, administration, checkout-result and private video pages are excluded. We mask the creation area in Clarity and do not send uploaded photo URLs, prompts, account email addresses or result tokens as analytics events. Query-bearing pages are excluded from analytics.

You can reject optional cookies and still create videos, or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. The same consent-first choices apply worldwide, including the EU/EEA and UK. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Cookie categories and changing your choice

Necessary cookies support secure sign-in and remember your privacy choice. The first-party cookie_consent cookie remembers acceptance or refusal for 180 days. Browser settings or clearing cookies can make the banner appear again sooner.

Optional analytics cookies include Google Analytics identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*, and Microsoft Clarity identifiers such as _clck and _clsk. With consent, first-party utm_* and first_referrer cookies can remember a referral source for up to 30 days. Analytics providers manage their own cookie lifetimes.

Choose Allow analytics or Reject optional in the banner. Closing it without making a choice does not grant consent. Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen it at any time. Rejecting stops optional analytics and clears the known first-party analytics and attribution cookies; it does not log you out or delete your purchases. You can also clear cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You can request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@itsmylifedogai.com. Where applicable, you can also request portability or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent.

We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns your own account or order. We respond under the time limits and exceptions that apply to your request. EU/EEA and UK visitors can also complain to their local data-protection supervisory authority.
