Refund Policy

Failed videos

If generation fails, the credits spent on that video are returned automatically. Guest purchases include a free retry through the result link. Your payment is not automatically refunded; you can request a refund as described below.

Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund of a video that failed, or of credits you have not used. Write to support@itsmylifedogai.com with your result link or the email on your receipt.

Videos that were made successfully cannot be refunded because the AI processing cost has already been paid.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
